The Personnel is responsible for the day-to-day payment to vendors, compiling documents for invoicing and other admin support to the Accounts Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Processing of supplier invoices.
- Coordinating and liaising with vendors for any dispute.
- Scanning and compiling documents for invoicing.
- Raising invoices to Customer.
- Documents filing.
- Assisting in ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year of relevant working experience, preferably in the commercial sector.
- Basic Accounting knowledge will be beneficial. Partial sets accounts, AP experience, billing experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel and Word.
- Able to work independently without much supervision.
- Meticulous, proactive, and willingness to learn.
- Well-rounded team player to build efficiency and foster a strong team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with employees and third parties that reflects highly on the Company.
