**Omni-Channel Retail Associate (Full-time Contract)**

Porsche Singapore is seeking a passionate and customer-centric Omni-Channel Retail Associate to join our Porsche Lifestyle team, where the customer is at the heart of everything we do. This key role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of physical retail store operations while providing strategic support for B2B sales growth and online store management. As the face of Porsche Lifestyle, you will play a vital role in both front-of-house and back-office functions, supporting customer engagement, sales, inventory management, and business development initiatives.
- Oversee daily operations and visual merchandising of the retail store, ensuring all activities are aligned with Porsche's standards, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by exciting customers with Porsche Lifestyle’s unique brand stories, creating personalised interactions, and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities across all customer segments and platform, including B2B growth.
- Manage inventory by ensuring healthy stock levels, coordinating stock transfers, optimising inventory flow, and supporting annual product planning.
- Support customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Actively gather customer feedback and insights to refine store offerings and enhance customer experiences.
- Manage part-time employees, including recruitment, training, performance management, and monthly rostering.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute sales campaigns, products launches, marketing events, and promotional activities.
- Manage online store operations, ensuring accurate product listing, descriptions, pricing and promotions
- Prepare and manage regular sales and performance reports to support business goals

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
- Passionate about retail and the Porsche brand, with a dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience in omni-channel retail, including sales flows, Shopify (or similar platforms), POS systems, and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel), is an added advantage
- Proven track record in achieving retail sales targets and driving store performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both customers and stakeholders.
- Analytical and solution-oriented, with sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven by a strong “Can-Do” attitude and continuous learning mindset.
- Commercially aware, with a strong interest in retail operations and customer engagement.
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, with three days in-store and two days dedicated to non-store responsibilities such as digital sales channels, performance analysis, and cross-functional initiatives.
