Overall Key Position Objective
The incumbent is to work closely with the Head of Direct Marketing in emerging market research and develop sound marketing plan for potential corporate partners.
Plan and implement marketing initiatives for existing corporate partners in order to achieve the financial target. Maintain strong relationship with existing corporate partners, in a consultative and solution-based approach, to create greater brand affinity by meeting the insurance needs of their customers.
To establish favourable partnerships through sound business strategies and robust marketing programs and achieve planned sales targets within solicitation budgets.
Appreciate the full spectrum of business development and account management by collaborating proactively with multiple local and regional stakeholders on areas such as product and campaign development, process reengineering and customer feedback resolution.

**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver and meet our business objectives including ROI optimization through portfolio actions and campaigns.
- Develop business proposal for new prospective corporate partners.
- Develop and maintain consistent rapport with corporate partners across all levels to comprehend their business objectives and growth plans to support maximum collaboration on agreed business strategies.
- With the aid of data and statistics, discern industry trends, consumer needs and purchase motivations, to design compelling products and campaigns that can increase market reach and penetration.
- Manage a pipeline of marketing campaigns across various direct marketing channels timed for highest response.
- Collaborate with channel sales team to strategize and execute robust marketing campaigns with a focus on customer leads selection and penetration, product sequencing, value propositions as well as customer and sales agent incentives.
- Perform post-campaign analysis to evaluate key performance indictors and improvements necessary to lift campaign results.
- Spearhead product development through round table discussions with internal stakeholders such as Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, Claims, Information Technology, Operations, Customer Service and Marketing Communications.
- Liaise effectively with technical support, underwriting, telemarketing, customer service and sponsors to meet the needs of the sponsors and achieve profitable results.
- Lead and project-managed new digital initiatives in a sensible manger.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to lead and plan digital processes including implementation of the digital initiatives across our corporate partners.
- Evaluate the change impact and business readiness of the digital initiatives and propose solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years working experience in account management and/or business development.
- Experience working in an insurance company or financial institution is preferred.
- Experience in Digital Analytics, Marketing Analytics in Insurance industry or Project Management for Digital (consumer goods) is an advantage.
- Strong fundamentals in consumer marketing, marketing communications and/or advertising.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills across multiple function areas.
- Effective communication, negotiation and business presentation skills.
- Familiar and comfortable with the use of MS Excel spreadsheets and able to build regression models on Excel and sort through complex data to crystalise business implications / recommendations.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-moving and challenging environment.
- High attention to detail, meticulous and able to work in an ambiguous environment with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent analytical skills and able to articulate ideas and concepts.
