**Job Description Summary**: The Product Engineer is responsible for the industrialization and continual re-manufacturability/repairs of GE's HA Gas Turbine hot gas path components. This enabling function works closely with Operations as well as GE Advanced Manufacturing Repairs Technology (AMRT) center based in Singapore. This role reports directly to the HA Repair Cell Manager

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Drive New Product Introduction and Qualifications of HA gas turbine hot gas path components for repairs. Partner with AMRT and Operations in product realization.
- Manage product Bill of Materials (BOM) across repair configurations
- Facilitate problem solving on product poor quality, prioritizing on top Pareto issues and customer satisfaction
- Manage continual improvement projects relating to production and process safety, quality and productivity
- Provision of applicable repair process training to technicians

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering discipline, preferred Mechanical, Aviation, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering
- 3 or more years work experience in relevant (manufacturing or repairs of gas turbine components) work environment.
- Applied knowledge in Geometrical, Dimensional and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Experience with New Product Introduction and Product Qualification is desirable
- Applied knowledge in Problem Solving methodology
