**Job Description**:
The Challenges

**You will be responsible in**:
Event Management

Plan, Coordinate and communication with stakeholders, tracking and developing timelines, managing and tracking event budget, managing and overseeing on-site operations for Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) Annual Innovate Conference and other hospital events that are hosted in CHI.

Execution on event support requirements - Plan, prepare and set up equipment (AV/logistics/furniture) required for events/venues

Administrative
Overview, managing and coordinating of logistics movement with users, ensuring handover form signed before loaning of to users, supporting building management as Safe Management Officer (SMO) - conducting building walkabout in ensuring users/staff complies to Safe management measures (SMM) and remind users/staffs when required and submission of billing request via E-Sundry for non-TTSH users

AV technical support
Operation of AV equipment and to provide technical support advice related to AV equipment/system to users. Troubleshooting AV equipment and system when required, liaise/follow up with AV maintenance vendor for necessary support

**Requirements**:

- Degree related to Event Management
- Technical knowledge in Audio Visual Equipment and Troubleshooting for both digital and analogue systems
- At least 5 years’ experience in event/conference management and execution
- Experience in Virtual/Digital events
- A good team player, positive attitude, willing to learn new things with pleasant personality.
