**What will you do?**

The Smart Building Solutions (SBS) is a Regional Solution and Service business unit, part of Siemens Smart Infrastructure. We are seeking for an experienced Project Manager in Building Automation/BMS with strong engineering and integration experience to lead projects in ASEAN. You will ensure high quality standard during the commissioning process and critical project implementation to assure customer deliverables. You will be part for countries business growth in collaboration with partners, country management and peers, regional teams of Portfolio, Solution Architects, Project Management, Commercial and Procurement among others.

Position will be in Singapore with expected travelling within ASEAN countries.

**Responsibilities**
- Project review and coordination: Review project specifications, drawings, and documents to understand project intent. Coordinate with the project team and establish a project schedule, identifying time-sensitive installation needs.
- Supply and material management: Handle the requisition of supplies and materials required for project completion.
- Cost and subcontractor management: Review plans and specifications, participate in project cost reviews, and handle the shortlisting and contracting of subcontractors' scope.
- Documentation and tracking: Conduct project orientations for technicians, track resources and project progress, and document project events that impact the schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency.
- Change order and billing coordination: Pursue project-specific change-order opportunities, coordinate project-specific billing with the commercial team, and schedule commissioning resources and provide vital documentation.
- Project management and close-out: Manage the project and be responsible for the profit and loss (P/L) of the project. Able to independently handle multiple projects, guide engineers, and complete project-specific close-out documentation, including as-built development.

**What will you need to succeed?**

**Required Education, Knowledge/Skills, and Experience**
- Minimum Associate degree: Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree preferred
- Minimum PMP certification and PRINCE2 or ACP will be and added advantage
