Director, Valuation Advisory

Business Operations
Manage a personal revenue target;
Coordinate and manage quarterly regional portfolio valuations;
Contribute to the business planning and operational objectives of the business;
Support day to day job management processes and assist in managing the deliverables of the team;
Co-manage a team of valuers, providing governance as well as mentorship and fostering their
professional development;
Support maintenance of Risk management best practices;
Clients and Business Development
Maintain relationships with existing clients through periodic engagement initiatives including meetings, market intelligence sharing and high level market advice;
Assisting in maintaining and progressing internal clients database and CRM systems;
Prepare indications of value where required;
Prepare fee quotes where required as well as assist in the preparation of RFP and Tender submissions;
Assist in maintaining panel positions with exiting Bank clientele and supporting opportunities for new panel positions;
Develop and maintain professional relationships with other business lines to foster a collaborative environment, to support company client objectives and outcomes and to diversify business;
Service valuation requirements of both external clients as well as internal business units
Personal Development
Attend CPD and other Industry related events to support professional development and market knowledge base;
Participate in JLL Learning and Development programs where appropriate.
