Singapore FJ TECHNICAL PTE. LTD. Full time

1) Strong technical skills in materials, manufacturing, quality, and product design skills;
2) Facilitate communication between vendors and Production, Technical, Sales, Maintenance, and Engineering groups. Maintain cost controls through interaction with the accounting group.

3) Familiar to use CAD, Solid-works to design equipment, sheet metal parts; Creation of drawing and documentation;
4) Ability to determine if tooling, equipment and part designs meet requirements.

Ability to accurately quote design, tools/equipment, and parts.

5) Create and monitor project timelines.

6) Develop and establish cost estimates and project options to support the quoting function. Supervise contractors and vendors for project installations.

7) Coordinate meetings between company and customers, or vendors. Write project specifications.

8) Work with purchasing department to acquire material necessary to complete projects. Generate accurate Design and Assembly documentation, Bills of Materials, RFQs and Purchase Orders to accomplish project requirements;
9) Planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating engineering, works, Design parts, assemblies, and drawings.
