Tuas, Singapore Ten-League Engineering & Technology Pte Ltd Full time

Manage the entire lifecycle of spare parts, from procurement to delivery.
- Oversee the entire equipment parts sales process, from initial customer contact to order fulfilment.
- Handle full-set of shipping documents, B/L, commercial invoice, packing list etc.
- Monitor and co-ordinate with local customers/transporters on deliveries of cargoes.
- Monitor and co-ordinate with carriers/freight forwarders for booking and shipment delivery.
- Booking of shipments with internal freight forwarding division.
- Confirmation of shipping documents, cross-check Bill of Lading with overseas agent.
- Drive sales by following up on high-value parts quotations.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy.
- Set up and maintain accurate pricing information for various parts and accessories.
- Prepare accurate and competitive pricing proposals and monitor and adjust pricing as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local tax and import/export regulations.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities to expand the parts business.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans and promotions to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyse customer requirements and recommend appropriate parts solutions.
- Analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Any other additional duties as assigned.

**What We Expect of You**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/logistics/supply chain management or related field.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and other relevant software.
- Prior parts management experience in the heavy equipment industry, is highly preferred.
- Ability to analyse data to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues related to parts availability, pricing, and logistics.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
