Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored on creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, including administrative and performing maintenance for the HR IT Applications - including upkeeping of all documentation, procedures, managing promptly resolutions of issues and incidents, delivering change requests, testing, training, deployment, etc
- Support HR and staff on day-to-day activities and operations related to the Applications and HR processes.
- Assist in HR Applications and enhancements, process improvement, and available HR technologies in the market
- Facilitate business requirements to functional requirements and deliver desired business outcome within the agreed timeline and budget
- Facilitate in activities such as project initialization, requirements gathering, procurement, design and prototype, development, testing, training, go-live and post-production support, including identifying and mitigating risks, managing promptly issue and incident resolution while communicating status and update to all stakeholders.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Information Technology or any related discipline
- At least 3 years of HRIS experience
- Technical proficiency and hands-on exposure in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Payroll, and Recruiting modules)
- Ability to understand HR functional processes and priorities
- Ability to understand business requirements, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work with mínimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels of end-users to provide technical/functional support
- Analytical and Meticulous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
