
Sgus Programme Executive, 6 Months Contract

**Responsibilities**:
Student Concierge Service (SGUS program)
- Ensure seamless and meaningful T&L experience for our trainees, especially the SGUS group (from onboarding to deployment).
- Assist in conducting interviews/screening for the 2 job roles programs.
- Follow up with rejection letter or letter of offer/admission.
- Organise and manage SGUS orientation programme for new batches.
- Engage and work with training partners (NP & RP) to ensure an effective learning experience.
- Track training hours for each of the SGUS programs to ensure completion. Assist in make up lessons.
- Check in with trainees and host companies on the training progress (practicum).
- Work closely with BDM and TM to conduct horizon scanning for new and emerging trends in training and learning, aim to create more job roles skill trainings
- Track and Submit trainees’ attendance for monthly Training Allowance
**Requirements**:
- Experience with customer service, operations, recruiting processes and interests in continuous improvement
- Competent in MS Office especially Excel
- Able to communicate in a clear, positive way, verbally and written
- **Note: This is a 6 months contractual role**
