We are looking for someone who takes pride in building up multi-disciplinary technical know-how in supporting our test cell level concept for Final Test equipment engineering. This role is suitable for those who has an insatiable hunger to build up your profile on electro-mechanical disciplinary and data analytics. You will be required to roll up your sleeve and work on technical challenging topics & also derive long-term solution for continuous improvements

In your new role you will:

- Responsible and maintain a group of **Final Test Equipment**:

- Drive & improve **equipment uptime performanc **e to achieve **target equipment efficiency**:

- Drive & implement maintenance **cost, quality & yield improvement **project
- **Preventive and predictive maintenance **improvement program to maintain equipment stability
- Equipment spare part management
- Impart **equipment knowledge **and skill to **shopfloor maintenance team **to develop strong skilled maintenance team
- Troubleshoot and resolve major breakdown equipment

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **Degree **in Mechatronic /Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
- Min **5**:

- 8 years of experiences in **final test equipment in semiconductorindustr**:

- Experience in **Tri temp IC Test Handler **Eg. D **elta Matrix/Advantest M48xxseries **is preferred
- **Technically sound **and strong desire to build up technical competency
- Able to recomended design change to improve equipment performance
- Passionate in problem solving and **hands on **Project management experience **and proactive communicator to provide timely update to various stakeholder
