**Job Details**
- Basic: $4,000 - $4,800 (Depends on EXP)Location: Lavender

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building**, or a related discipline.
- **Minimum 2 years of relevant experience**in the Singapore construction industry, preferably with a main contractor. Prior involvement in tender submissions is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review tender drawings and specifications to ensure all measurements and quantities are accurately captured, aiming to maximize the commercial value of each project.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and cost estimates within the required timeframe.
- Handle the procurement process, including preparing and issuing request-for-quote (RFQ) packages, tracking submissions, evaluating quotations, and providing feedback on pricing outcomes.
- Coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, government authorities, and internal teams to resolve development and technical matters throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project and departmental needs.
