**Job Summary**:
Assist with reception duties, registration, financial counselling, collection of payment and other administration duties.

**Role and Responsibilities**

**_Patient Care Management _**
- Perform patient registration for all patients by obtaining patient’s addresses, contact details, insurance, information and medical histories
- Book radiology/lab/surgeries for patients and ensure results are promptly received back
- Provide accurate financial counselling for procedures/surgeries patient and the patient’s family
- Cashiering duties & closure of daily accounts
- Submit claims promptly and accurately for corporate patients
- Scanning of patient medical reports
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of counter and patient’s waiting areas
- Understand basic principles of breast disease & treatments
- Facilitate smooth arrangements of appointments, imaging, biopsies
- Able to educate the patient on pre-op and post-op instructions (eg fasting, admission time)
- Accurately key in referral sources for new patients
- Assume additional duties directed by the nursing manager or supervisors.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, collaborative, team player
- Positive & friendly attitude - initiative, cooperative, helpful, efficient
- Computer literacy
- Preferably has experience in a healthcare setting

Mon-Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm
