Deputy Director, ERP Systems
Responsibilities:
- Engage stakeholders across multiple domain areas - understand their needs, define and implement technology solutions and enhancements; and assist them in planning and managing budget for their digital transformation related spending.- Lead the team in planning & implementation of technology solutions, including overall design, development, integration, deployment, maintenance and support of multiple systems/platforms.-
- Establish, monitor, and ensure team’s compliance with applicable regulations, policies, standards and procedures; and address any related audit requests or queries.- Provide guidance, leadership and mentoring to the team so as to develop the required hard/soft skills in meeting the long-term business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related discipline.- At least 20 years of IT experience which consist of:
- 10 years of project management experience- 10 years of people management experience-
- 3 years of cloud technology experience- Strong presence - ability to influence and inspire through verbal, written and presentation communications skills.- Ability to communicate with diverse range of users in non-technical terms, including senior stakeholders.- Good managerial, interpersonal and organisational skills.- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and deliver results in a timely manner.- Tenacity to take on challenges and handle ambiguity; and manage diverse views and seek consensus through open discussion.
