**Responsibilities will include**:

- Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of contracts.
- Assist in developing and updating company contract templates.
- Prepare key terms summaries of major contracts and review contracts for adherence to company policies.
- Interface with business units to understand particulars of new and ongoing negotiations and address general queries pertaining to the contract database and submission system.
- Assist with any cross-functional initiatives that aims at making the legal team more organized, efficient and responsive to business units.

**Required qualifications**:

- **Willing to relocate/based in Dubai**:

- 3+ years of experience preferably in the fintech industry
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Working knowledge of common vendor relationships documentation (e.g., professional services agreements, advertising insertion orders, confidentiality and privacy agreements, Saas agreements)
- Willingness to review and negotiate more complex or bespoke agreements
- Familiarity with contract database and management systems
- Computer savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to details
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
