**BARISTA**
- Attend to Cafe’s day-to-day operations and engage customers in a personable and service-orientated manners
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
- Process payment transaction using Point of Sales system with meticulousness and accuracy as well as handle daily cash deposit
- Maintain the order and cleanliness of the environment
- Assist in inventory control and management

**BAKER / ASSISTANT-BAKER**
- Prepare and decorate baked products according to recipes and ensure good standards of taste and presentation
- Assist in researching and developing recipe for new products
- Assist in managing ingredient supplies and inventory
- Maintain the proper storage of baking equipment and utensils
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the working environment

**COOK**
- Prepare dishes according to menu and ensure good standards of taste and presentation
- Constantly improve cooking processes with attention to speed and quality
- Manage food station to ensure safety and cleanliness of the environment
- Handle kitchen equipment and report malfunction of the equipment for replacement
- Order and receive food ingredients as well as verify the quality and quantity of the received goods
- Manage food inventory and reduce wastage

**WORKING HOURS**
- Standard Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30 to 5.30pm
- **ONLY WHEN REQUIRED**:

- Able to work on weekends/public holidays/irregular working hours

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Qualification: Higher Secondary/Profession Certificate/NiTEC in Hospitality or F&B or Pastry and Baking or equivalent related specialization
- Years of Experience: 1 - 2 years of cooking/food preparation experience
- Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Possess Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate, Good knowledge of food ingredients and various cooking methods, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Basic computer knowledge,
- A team player with proactive and positive work attitude
