**Job Description Summary**: Join us as a Digital Transformation Intern and become a key player in driving innovation In this exciting role, you’ll contribute to a groundbreaking project focused on automating and digitizing certification workflow processes via Covalent. You’ll receive hands-on training with Covalent software and collaborate closely with operation shops to work toward the ultimate goal of creating seamless and efficient certification processes.

Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to support a project focused on Virtual Reality (VR) solution development, contributing to cutting-edge solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience via emerging VR technologies

From automating processes to leveraging smart factory technologies, robotics, and additive manufacturing, GE Aerospace is shaping the future of aviation at GE Aerospace Engine Services Singapore (GEAESS).

GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.

**Role Overview**:
The role involves collaborating with the training team to understand current certification workflows and contribute to their digitization using Covalent.

Key responsibilities include researching and identifying areas for improvement, testing solutions, and creating documentation and training materials for end-users. The individual will work with cross-functional teams to integrate Covalent into existing systems, ensure functionality, and support training initiatives such as VR development, workshops, troubleshooting, and user guidance. Success requires strong technical, analytical, and collaborative skills to drive process improvements and enhance workflows.
