**About Antler**:
We’re now looking to expand our team with an exceptional Principal. As part of our team, you will play a key role in our **Global Fund Investment team **. **Responsibilities**:
As a Principal, you will
- Analyze business plans, markets, industries and technology trends
- Create and present deep dives on topics of interest to the broader Global fund team
- Source and evaluate investment opportunities across Antler locations in APAC
- Lead diligence on potential investments using a wide range of quantitative and qualitative tools and methods
- Support senior investment team members in management of existing portfolio companies
- Assist in the sourcing of LPs and aid in the creation of presentation/reporting materials for LP communications
- Independently manage and prioritize communications and processes on behalf of our senior investment team members. This includes both internal processes as well as engagements with founders, CEOs and other stakeholders in the ecosystem
- Represent our Investment Team at public-facing activities (e.g., panels), strengthening both the Antler brand and your personal brand within the early-stage venture world
- Mentor, manage, and develop junior team members and interns
**Requirements**:
- have a degree from a top-tier university with 7+ years of full-time work experience in fast-paced environments (i.e., top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital and successful growth startup)
- have a solid holistic understanding of economic contexts and business processes
- be very comfortable performing analytical exercises such as market sizing, retention analysis, LTV/CAC computations, and returns analysis
- communicate in flawless English, both spoken and written, knowledge of at least one Asian language would be a plus
- have a demonstrated startup or technology interest
- Be a strong networker and possess the ability to build strong relationships in the early-stage ecosystem throughout APAC
