Prepare all drinks and beverages in accordance to standard recipes and to the standards established by the club
- Maintain orderly, clean, and hygienic bar service area
- Ensure stocks are ordered and installed before each service period
- Record drink orders accurately into the register system
- Working knowledge of POS and bar equipment
- Operate bar with minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage of operating stocks and equipment
- Able to assist in other areas of bar needs in the Club
- Creating effective par stocks, keeping a proper inventory system, and managing bar service area in proper
- Record all spoilage and report
- Inform any types of irregularities directly to the Manager or management personnel (Duty Manager)
- in case of emergency
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the club management
- Setting drinks with accuracy and disciplined measurements
- Ensure and adhere to liquor licensing and hygiene practices
- Attempt to limit problems related to customers excessive drinking by following rules established by Club
- Setting and enforcing rules of quality and safety controls pertaining to unruly patrons with prevention of possible safety or legal issues between patrons.
**Requirement**
- Completed Basic Food Hygiene course
- Have a good understanding of various brands and types of liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverage
- Positive working attitude and good communication skills;

- Work location: West Coast Ferry Road (Bus 175 and 176) near West Coast Park

**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
