At Tasek Jurong, we believe in utilising sports as a means of holistic development for children and youth in our community. As a football coach, you will be key to our efforts to instill positive values and life skills through the beautiful game of football.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the training and development of a specific team (U8, U10, U12, U14, U17 or Girls' Team).
- Implement coaching plans that cater to the skill levels and needs of the team, focusing on individual and group tactics.
- Identify and develop each player’s potential, ensuring a balanced focus on physical, technical, and tactical aspects.
- Act as a mentor to players, offering support and advice on personal development and growth.
- Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to align training objectives and strategies with Tasek Sailor’s overall football philosophy.
- Prepare the team for competitions, analyse performance, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum AFC 'C' License (or equivalent) and National Registry of Coaches (NROC) registration.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Committed to using sports as a tool for holistic development.
- Willingness to work during evenings and weekends for training and matches.
- Interest in mentoring young athletes and community engagement.
