1. Produce building CAD drawings for architectural and structural submissions

2. Produce design drawings for relevant departmental submissions.

4. residential and commercial projects

5. Coordinating and liaising with vendors, appointed QP, architects, engineers, builders and etc.

6. Supervision and check all architectural works and coordinate with engineers, archi-coordinators, sub-cons and inspection with RTOs

7. Execute and inspect all Architectural and structural drafting to ensure quality of work

8. To monitor and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved drawing/specification and complete within schedule time

9. Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of time and resources for building construction project

10. Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matter

11. To ensure works carried out meet company's quality standards & contractual requirements

12. To monitor project progress and schedule and track the progress and time required when there is a delay/disruption to project

13. Execute overall scheduling and specific planning work

14. Design, implement progress and schedule control systems for the project according to set requirements

15. Experienced in performing construction planning, and to co-ordinate with the client, sub-contractors, consultants and Authorities on all project aspects

16. To ensure that all requirements by Clients, Consultants and relevant Authorities are adhered and established

17. Able to interpret drawings and details

18. Monitor job progress and ensure quality work at targeted schedule

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day running of project site.

Coordinate, prepare and update architectural and structural 3D BIM.

Implement and monitor work schedules according to master and detailed work programs.

Attend site inspection conducted by client’s representatives/ consultants.

Conduct a study of construction design to resolve technical issues in advance.

Evaluate and resolve discrepancies/problems at site.

Liaise with sub-contractors.

Conducting inspections/site walks to check on progress and work performance of sub-contractors.

Ensure all materials used are approved, raise material requisition.

Coordinate handing over of completed works.

Delegate/assign tasks to workers as appropriate and supervise to ensure compliance with stipulated procedures, methods of statement and safety requirements.

Other duties assigned by the PD, PM.
- Lead in Site Coordination with all trades.
- Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS.
- To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings.
- Planning of Arch. Works and micro scheduling with other disciplines.
- Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and etc.
- Implement and ensure QC plan with Quality and Service Dept.
- Procurement and Monitoring of Arch. related materials.
- To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing / mock up
- To ensure tiles/walls lay according to setting out plan.
- To verify VO and prepare back charges.
- Attend sub-con meetings.
- To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch)
- Attend to archi materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.
- To update Arch. progress with scheduling tools.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.
- Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
