**Job Description**:
The Technical Project Manager is specifically tasked with managing projects that contain a high degree of technicality. He / She must be trained in and understand relevant technologies and architectures to properly support these projects. Other responsibilities include:

- Develop project plan which include requirements, scope, deliverables, budget and schedules
- Lead a team of software professionals to meet project targets
- Collaborating with other technical leads to achieve project targets
- Interact effectively with users / stakeholders at all levels
- Ensure all projects managed are within budget and executed according to agreed scope and in a quality and timely manner
- Manage project proactively, identify potential risks and devise mitigation plans
- Provide regular updates on project progress / concerns to the management.

**Requirement**
- Have strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Analytical, detailed and systematic
- Have 5 to 8 years working experience in ICT environment with at least 2 years of project management experience
- Have project managed at least one ICT project from end to end (full SDLC)
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English
- Entrepreneurial orientation and comfortable working in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility, willingness and the ability to adapt to changing scenarios
