**Job Description Summary**

This role is responsible for overall responsibility for managing the administration and operations of the Town Council

**About the Role**:

- Has overall responsibility for managing the administration and operations of the Town Council
- One of the key officers for the Town Council, as prescribed under the Town Council Act
- Leads a team to administer and manage the affairs of the Town Council efficiently and effectively
- Plays a critical role enabling the town council to execute and implement policies, projects and initiatives to enhance the living environment and the quality of life in the public housing estates of the Town
- Overseeing the team to ensure delivery of services according to contract specifications.
- To achieve financial targets set by C&W
- To maintain customer relations and to ensure targets set by the Town Council
- To assist the team to grow township business.

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Facilities Management, or a related discipline (minimum requirement).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities, or town council management, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills to lead a team effectively.
- Proven ability to manage administration, service delivery, and contract compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and resident engagement.
