Job Description Review and verify subcontractor method statements and risk assessments Work with the PM and other department members in planning and executing demolition activities and site works Ensure all works are carried out according to specifications and approved drawings. Lead coordination meetings and site walks with all subcontractors. Attend and coordinate in client and consultant all shop drawing reviews. Track all design change / change notice requests from the client and ensure information is logged and issued to the subcontractors. Supervise and report on the progress of works on site regularly to the PM. Manage subcontractors test and commissioning activities from start to finish. Oversee and ensure that any defects are closed out quickly and efficiently by the subcontractors. Monitor site health and safety and ensure subcontractors are maintaining safety to a high standard. Job Requirment Degree or Diploma in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Strong technical knowledge of MEP Design and Installations to local and international codes. Minimum 5 - 8 years working experience in construction. Strong planning &organisation skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
