To thrive in this role, you will:
- Love working with young children and is nurturing and patient towards them
- Enjoy being outdoors
- **Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education-Teaching (DECCE-T)**:
- **Certificate in Preschool Mother Tongue Language (Tamil) (CPMTL-T)**:
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work well independently as well as within a team.
Most importantly, you will bring a passion for achieving long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children, their families and the community.
