Singapore Infineon Technologies Full time

You will overall responsible for Local Change Management (GCM-LCC) and review process within the site; define Quality methodology & monitor quality criteria and the adherence to quality assurance risk management procedures within the function.

In your new role you will:

- Install effective **quality firewall gates **, execute **complaint management process **, **equipment, tool & non-conformance/deviation management **(DDM)
- Work with stakeholders from upstream processes, i.e. Inhouse & OSAT Assembly, Outsource supplier interface, cluster supplier quality management & TS Yield team to improve manufacturing Quality performance & process stability related excursion
- Liase with Operation & Engineering dept for **NLoZD / QIP / FAR CAPA / MRB / Critical 8D Sharing & Implementation **, follow-up to ensure effective corrective/improvement actions rollout and perform line validation
- Monitor **FAR/ DDM Improvement actions **roll out & effectiveness measurable;
- Define **Q methodology & monitor quality criteria **and the adherence to quality assurance risk management procedures within the function.
- **People management **of QE/CQE/SCS team + provide FAR/Quality/6sigma tools technical coaching & training; Plan resources and strategy for QE/CQE/SCS section,

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Degree/Master/PhD in Engineering discipline or equivalent
- Minimum of **10 years **of diverse knowledge of **quality management **and relevant experience in **semiconductor industry / production area.**:

- **Good leadership **to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure fitting to IFX high performance model.
- Ability to collaborate, negotiate, influence and engage with key stakeholders, especially at management levels
- Strong **people management skills **(in handling team, cross functional projects)
- Good knowledge on **Quality Tool **s (e.g. **SPC, FMEA, 8D Problem Solving **)
- Robust analytical minds in technical problem solving and inspiration for all possible solutions
