Job Responsibilities:

- Work with estimator to provide clear insurance claim estimation
- Liaise with insurance companies for motor claims
- Schedule daily appointments for accident and body repair
- Monitor repair progress and update customers on status
- Maintain good relationships with authorized insurance companies
- Advise clients on appropriate service/repair requirements
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Relevant experience in automotive/workshop
- Class 3 Driving license required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work on alternate Saturdays
- Working location: Bishan
- Working hours: 5.5 days, alternate Saturdays (9am - 6pm, with alternate Saturdays from 9am - 3pm)
