L2 Actimize Support

**L2 Actimize Support (NICE Actimize AML)**:

**What are we looking for**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in IT industry on AML system.
- Experience & proficient with NICE Actimize AML modules (RCM, AIS, SAM, CDD, WLF, UDM) will be advantageous.
- Experience & hands-on knowledge on using Actimize Visual Modeler and RCM Designer (DART, Alert/Case Type, Workflow, Alert/Case views etc) will be advantageous.
- Experience & proficient with SQL Server.
- Experience & knowledge with Apache TomCat, JBOSS and JDK.
- Experience in Incident & Problem Management.
- Experience in Change Management
- Strong team player and Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

**What are expected from you**:

- Troubleshoot and perform diagnosis on the Issues/Problems/Defects/Batch Job Failures.
- Provide workaround, corrective fixes, or data patches for Incidents/Problems.
- Take ownership of the Incidents/Problems tickets until resolved, and follow-up to ensure it is resolved within the SLA.
- Work closely with users and vendor support to get the issue resolved based on the priority.
- Work with vendor, IT teams and users, and assist in product release migrations, testing, enquiries.
- Monitoring all scheduled batch jobs and perform recovery for jobs failed - when needed or in the absence of L1 support.
- Update the SOP or Application Runbook documentation.
- Able to identify improvements, as part of BAU work to address recurring issues, close monitoring gaps, and automate/reduce manual work.
- Ability and willingness to work within tightly controlled policies and procedures
