Mechanical Quotation Sales Engineer

**Mechanical Quotation Sales Engineer**

**Responsibilities**:

- The person is responsible for communicating with the customers/distributors on their solution needs and after-sales needs.
- The job will require preparing and providing the quotation, sales follow, sales forecast, and sales presentation.
- Generate and review sales quotations, order processing, shipping, and invoicing.
- Review customer sales orders, proposals, purchase orders, and related information.
- Preparation of documents for sales operations, customer-related reports to management, sales and customers as required.
- Generate price list for sales team, based on information from principals. Monitor & update sales team with relevant information from principals.
- Manage the E-commerce online purchasing platform. Monitor and process orders, send the information to the warehousing personnel and arrange for transportation directly to the customers.
- Effectively engage with external customers, suppliers, financiers and internal colleagues including shipping, finance, technical, service, sales and marketing, as required.
- Provide admin support where necessary. e.g. filing, data entry, retrieval of documents, or any other duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Two years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multi-task and work with mínimal supervision.
- Mechanical knowledge and background. Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Class 3 driving license
