Mobile Client Game Programmer

**As a Junior/ Mobile Client Game Programmer, you will work closely with other programmers to implement game mechanics/features that are required to ship the game. You will be collaborating with a strong cross-disciplinary team to actively create a breakthrough game that will solidify our foothold in the industry.**

We are looking for someone with a strong drive to establish themselves, passionate, self-driven and ready to learn. Someone that is willing to be actively involved in shaping a game from Production through Live Operations and beyond.

**Responsibilities**
- Creating and working with UI heavy scenes.
- Implementing data structures, audio, gameplay and UI interactions that meet the game design and technical requirements.
- Integrating art assets into scenes.
- Creating modular code that can be used by other programmers in different scenarios.
- Maintain the project source control.
- Ensure coding standards are followed, and help to enforce good programming practices within the programming team.
- Understand and estimate project schedules, and anticipate and prepare for changes and obstacles.
- Communicating and sharing ideas with other team members to resolve issues.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science, Game Design and Development or related studies.
- 1 to 5 years experience developing in Unity.
- Possess prior experience in leading at least one Unity project with any project duration.
- Strong programming foundation.
- Proficient in Unity and C#.
- Basic communication skills in spoken and written English.

**Desired qualifications but not required**
- Unity work experience
- Some understanding of Unity UI practices
- Some understanding of UX/UI design
- Some understanding of Network programming
- Experience with Github or equivalent Source Control
