**The Job**

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns from concept through execution.
- Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to reach desired demographics.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Stay updated with Facebook's advertising policies and best practices.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights for future strategies.
