**Roles & Responsibilities**

To support Shilla’s rapid expansion in Singapore, we are recruiting for Cashiers to join our growing family. The Cashier will provide excellent customer service and maintaining good customer relationship. You must be meticulous and a good team player.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete customer transactions in a professional, timely manner and with highest level of respect
- Ensure accuracy in the collection of monies in various currencies or modes of payment
- Conduct daily cash balancing and cash drops
- Be a Shilla ambassador and portray a professional and customer oriented image at all times
- Respond to customer queries and complaints in a polite and courteous manner
- Work cooperatively with co-workers to accomplish sales and service goals
- Basic housekeeping and abide to all operation procedures

**Requirements**:

- Must have good working attitude
- At least 1 year of cashiering experience in retail / hypermart industry
- Fluency in languages.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Comfortable to work retail and shift hours (weekends and public holidays included)
- Experience working in travel retail environment is a plus

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
