We're on the lookout for a creative and strategic**Influencer Marketing Executive** to join our Singapore team and lead impactful campaigns from strategy to execution. **What You'll Do**:
- **Collaborate Across Teams**: Work closely with internal Sales and Agency teams to receive, understand, and align on new campaign briefs and objectives.
- **Campaign Strategy & Proposal Creation**: Develop compelling, strategic influencer marketing proposals and pitch decks that excite clients and align with their brand goals.
- **Influencer Sourcing**:Research, vet, and recommend relevant influencers across various verticals and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) tailored to each campaign's needs.
- **Campaign Execution**:Liaise with influencers throughout the process—brainstorming creative concepts, aligning on deliverables, timelines, and ensuring flawless execution.
- **Relationship Management**:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new influencer partners, acting as a key point of contact.
- **Stay Ahead of Trends**: Be on top of the latest digital trends, emerging creators, platform updates, and content formats to ensure campaigns remain relevant and innovative.
- **Performance Reporting**:Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing detailed reports and insights for internal teams and clients.
- **Admin & Operations**:Manage campaign logistics, including collating invoices, tracking deliverables, and coordinating payments.
- **Communication**:Strong command of English—both spoken and written—is essential for communicating with clients, influencers, and internal teams professionally and effectively.
**Who You Are**:
- **Minimum 1 Year Experience**: Prior experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or within a Media/Advertising Agency setting is required. A strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem is a must.
- **Highly Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Organisational & Project Management Skills**: Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously—ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are consistently met.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for crafting clear campaign briefs, reports, and professional correspondence with clients and creators.
- **Creative & Strategic Mindset**:Ability to think creatively while aligning with brand strategy—comfortable brainstorming content ideas, adapting to shifting campaign goals, and reacting quickly to market trends.
- **Team Player with Flexibility**: A collaborative mindset with the willingness to jump in wherever needed. Adaptable, responsive, and open to feedback in a dynamic, ever-changing industry.
