**About This Role**:
Join our Singapore technology hub of a global leader in casual gaming, ranking top 3 worldwide in mobile Bingo games and top 8 in Match-3 games categories, serving millions of players globally. You’ll build the data infrastructure that powers our data-driven approach to game development, supporting our Beijing R&D center’s innovative game portfolio.

**What You’ll Build**:

- **Global Player Analytics Platform**:Real-time data infrastructure processing millions of daily sessions across Match-3 and Bingo games
- **Cross-Market Intelligence Systems**:Data systems supporting expansion into new global markets with localized insights
- **LiveOps Data Pipeline**:Real-time analytics enabling dynamic game content and event optimization
- **Monetization Analytics Systems**:Advanced data models supporting freemium game economics and player lifetime value optimization

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement data pipelines processing 100M+ daily game events from global casual game portfolio
- Build real-time analytics supporting live game operations, A/B testing, and player segmentation
- Develop cross-market data models enabling expansion into new geographic regions
- Create self-service analytics platforms for game designers, product managers, and marketing teams
- Ensure data compliance across global markets (GDPR, CCPA, regional privacy laws)
- Collaborate with Beijing R&D teams to provide data insights that drive game design decisions

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:2+ years of relevant working experience in data engineering, analytics, or related technical roles
- **Technical Foundation**:

- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
- Experience with data processing frameworks (Spark, Pandas, or similar)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, RedShift, or DuckDB
- Understanding of database systems and data modeling concepts
- **Learning Mindset**:Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
- **Collaboration Skills**:Experience working in team environments and communicating technical concepts effectively

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent
- Experience with big data technologies (Kafka, Airflow, etc.)
- Knowledge of real-time data processing and analytics
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools
- Interest in casual gaming analytics (retention, progression, monetization funnels)
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with teams in the Beijing R&D center, with strong cross-cultural communication skills
