Associate, Special Projects

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide support & assistance to the team on vendors’ ITQ, ITT, shortlisting and selection
- Ability to negotiate with vendors, suppliers, hotels.
- Budget, source, connect and liaise with suppliers in relation to specific project needs.
- Oversee project flow from start till end, paying attention to details of the project requirement on all aspects from set up till tear down, post reports, etc
- Provide assistance & support to programme teams.
- Assist programme teams with implementation of activities.
- Assist colleagues with IT set-up, support and IT vendor.
- Any other tasks, activities or responsibilities designated by the department head.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality or Project Management.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Experience in event management and project management.
- Basic understanding of tender procedures.
- Effectively strong in English and Chinese - verbal, written, and reading
- Disciplined, responsible, and can work with minimum or little supervision.

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred)
