**Job Summary**:
If you are looking for an opportunity in manufacturing test engineering, Emerson has an exciting role for you The Manufacturing Test Engineering Assistant will be responsible in supporting and setting up test equipment in the production line. This role also includes troubleshooting of product failures encountered by production during builds.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Responsible for building, testing, and qualifying new test stations and fixtures.
- Support test station/fixture preventive maintenance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance on test stations.
- Developing and troubleshooting PC based related software.
- Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects.
- Support implementation of engineering changes and deviation request to production.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing quotation for new test station build, purchase requisition, shipping documents and asset consignment forms.
- Communicate with suppliers and contractors to gather information and coordinate activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Participate in continuous learning opportunities to stay updated on relevant technology and industry practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor based on business needs.

**For this Role, You Will Need**:

- Advanced Diploma/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in equipment installation and machine troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of VB, C++, C#,.NET, MS SQL, Power Automate, Power BI, Power App.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to support weekends as required.

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:

- Able to work independently.
- Knowledge of PLC programming will be an added advantage.
