Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising and providing guidance to students during after-school hours, ensuring a safe and conducive environment for learning.
- Assisting with homework, providing academic support, and guiding students through their study materials.
- Monitoring and supporting students' emotional and social development.
- Organizing and leading enrichment activities, games, and creative projects to engage students.
- Managing students’ behavior and promoting good manners, discipline, and respect.
- Communicating regularly with parents about students' progress, needs, and well-being.
- Assisting in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Identifying and addressing students’ individual needs, providing extra support when necessary.
- Collaborating with fellow teachers to ensure consistent and holistic support for students.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children, especially in an educational or child care setting, is preferred.
- Strong passion for working with students and making a positive impact on their development.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Patient, caring, and enthusiastic with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to motivate and engage students in their studies and extracurricular activities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- [For Full-Time role]: Willingness to work longer hours (if applicable).

Qualifications:

- Minimum qualification: Bachelor, O Levels, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Teaching certification or relevant experience in child care is a plus.
- First aid certification (or willingness to undergo training) is desirable.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
