- Junior Data Engineer with Minimum 2 years of IT working experience
- Proficient in complex SQLs, Stored Procedures Hands-on experience in Teradata Data base will be an advantage.
- Knowledge in Data Warehousing/Big Data and working experience of ETL tools like Talend, Informatica, Ab Initio, DataStage etc.
- Well versed with Unix commands and scripting.
- Good knowledge of scheduling tools (Control M, Autosys etc..).
- Strong familiarity of SDLC process, preferably Agile methodologies.
- Good Communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to communicate with Business Analysts, Data Modelers and Solution Architects when it comes to converting the design into specific data pipeline activities.
- To assist in the ongoing development of technical best practices for data loading, data quality, data cleansing and other data-related activities.
- Creating documentation, conducting testing, deliver codes with utmost quality.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Banking systems is a plus.
- Analytical and systematic thinking with methodical organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of different programming languages is beneficial.
