- Collaborating with clients and supervisors to discuss design and color preferences.
- Removing rust and preparing surfaces by sanding and smoothing.
- Selecting and blending necessary coating liquids.
- Using the correct spray nozzle to achieve desired spray patterns.
- Implementing stencil designs when necessary.
- Cleaning spray equipment after each job.
- Inspecting spray coatings post-drying.

Requirements for a Metal Spray Painter:

- Diploma in any field.
- Prior experience in spray painting.
- Proficient hand-eye coordination.
- Thorough understanding of paint mixing and spraying techniques.
- Ability to discern subtle color variations.
- Familiarity with using breathing masks and protective gear.
- Comfort working with chemicals and acids.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods.
