- SPOC for Level 3 related requests / question
- Alignment with Security, DPPO, and Woc
- Ad-hoc meetings with Service Desk and Field IT
- Open advisory and incident tickets with vendors
- Inform management and key stakeholders before changes are deployed
- Patch Deployment o Package Deployment
- Infrastructure Health Monitoring
- Report Creation o Inventory
- Maintain SQL servers & reporting databases
- KPI reporting o Client Health reporting
- Document Client Management operational processes
- Provide 3rd level support to Global IT and its customers
- Work within and together with a highly motivated team
- Assist & collaborate in several Global IT related projects
- Coordination with contacts for respective Backend Systems
