- Oversee and lead the security team to safeguard the property, guests, and employees
- Manage the **Fire Command Centre** and ensure all security and safety systems are operational
- Monitor access points, conduct security patrols, and supervise lobby surveillance
- Plan and deploy the security team, ensuring smooth daily operations and team briefings
- Execute incident response plans, investigate incidents, and generate reports with supporting evidence
- Work closely with law enforcement and emergency services when required

**What it Takes**:

- At least **2 years of relevant security experience**, in the **hotel**industry
- Minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent
- Must possess a **Supervisor Security Licence** and **First Aid training** is an advantage
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
