Jackpot Cashier

**Registration**
- Verify **membership status** and **age eligibility** of members.
- Check the **One-Time Consent Form** and perform an **NCPG Exclusion Status Check**.
- Confirm **NCPG Exclusion Status** before granting access.
- Manage **sign-in and sign-out** procedures for members, staff, and contractors.

**Cashiering**
- Verify **player’s card** before processing payments.
- Process **payouts** for members after successful validation.
- Handle **various payment-related transactions** accurately.
- Monitor and **account for cash float** at regular intervals.
- Perform **opening, closing, and shift handovers** for the cashier counter.
- Assist with **jackpot collections** as required.

**Mahjong/Card Room Management**
- Manage **Mahjong/Card Room bookings** and ensure proper setup after each reservation.
- Assist members with **inquiries related to Mahjong/Card Room usage**.
- Troubleshoot and **resolve mahjong table malfunctions**.
- Maintain general **cleanliness and upkeep** of the Mahjong Room.

**Customer Service**
- Assist members with **fruit machine inquiries**.
- Address and **resolve member disputes**.
- Troubleshoot and **rectify common machine faults**.
- Handle **big wins, cancel credit requests, and short-pay issues**.
- Check for **leftover credits** at the end of operating hours.
- Offer a **complimentary first drink** to members and arrange **refreshments for regular players**.
- Maintain general **housekeeping** in the Jackpot Room.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- The Jackpot Cashier may be assigned **additional duties** by the **Jackpot Officer, Executive, or Manager** as needed.

**Requirements**:

- ** Basic computer literacy** is preferred.
- Strong **interpersonal and communication skills**.
- Ability to remain **tactful and professional** when dealing with members and guests.
- Willingness to **work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays**.
