The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of robust security strategies in the ever-evolving landscape of financial technology.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive security architecture strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current and future business needs, ensuring security measures are integrated seamlessly.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Design and implement effective risk management processes to mitigate potential risks and safeguard critical assets.
- Define, implement, and maintain security measures for the organization's infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud environments.
- Evaluate and recommend security solutions to enhance the overall security posture.
- Work closely with development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans to address security incidents promptly.
- Lead investigations into security incidents, providing timely and accurate reports to senior management.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring the organization's security policies and procedures remain in compliance.
- Collaborate with internal audit teams to assess and validate security controls.
- Develop and deliver security training programs for employees to enhance awareness and promote a security-conscious culture.
- Conduct periodic security awareness campaigns to keep staff informed about the latest threats and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Security Architect in the financial industry.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, keeping abreast of emerging security threats and technologies.
