The Indoor Sales Assistant will work in an office environment to support the sales team, assisting with order management, customer follow-ups, and potential client sourcing. We are looking for a responsible and meticulous team member with strong communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Handle existing customer orders and follow up on shipments.
- Conduct follow-ups with current customers to understand product usage and identify opportunities for further collaboration.
- **Tender Support**:
- Regularly check tender websites for relevant projects and filter those that align with company business goals.
- Assist in preparing documentation and organizing participation in tender activities.
- **Potential Client Sourcing**:
- Gather contact information for potential clients and provide the outdoor sales team with details of 10 high-potential clients each month.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset to maintain positive interactions with clients.
- Detail-oriented and patient, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills, familiar with office software (e.g., Excel, Word).
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
