Euc Engineer

**Brief Description**:

- **Responsibilities**_
- Good knowledge of desktop support for both hardware and software.
- Ensuring user queries or issues are captured and validated for further processing.
- Coordinate with different support teams (including vendor coordination) to ensure issue resolved with proper resolution recorded.
- Follow SOP and Policy defined.
- Responsible for Call logging, Call Assignment, Incident Management & Coordination, Call Tracking and follow‐up till closure within agreed SLA.
- Implementing best practices to reduce time and increase efficiency.
- Incident ownership, monitoring, tracking and communication with all parties.
- Focus on First Call resolution to ensure early closure of tickets.
- Day to day onsite IT support for hardware and software issues involving end-user desktops/notebooks, client’s network connectivity
- Preparation of desktop/notebook system image
- User account management (Account creation, deletion, modification and reset password in accordance to Customer's process and procedures)
- Perform file backup, migration and restoration for end-users desktops/notebooks
- **Requirements**_
- Higher Nitec and above in Information Technology or related field
- Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end-user services
- Support desktops, notebooks, printers and other hardware components.
- Minimum 1 year of IT (EUC) relevant experience
- Willing to travel to Jurong Island

**Contract Type**: 12 Months

**Salary**: SGD2,500 to SGD3,200

**Location**: Jurong Island & Mapletree

**Working Hours**: Office Hours Mon to Fri 830am to 5.30pm

**Commencement**: Immediate
