**The Role Responsibilities**
- Engage with business users from front office, dealing, middle office, operations, compliance, risk, as well as key technology stakeholders to help deliver Fixed Income Products technology solutions for the Private Bank & Wealth Management segments.
- Assist in Database design and API/Microservices workflow with Agile Development team.
- Handle Data Analysis, executing SQL Scripts, reading Server Logs, etc. assisting the Production Support team in case there is a Product Issue that needs additional analysis by the Agile Product Team.
- Should engage with various interfacing systems participating in a Trading platform (Order Management, Execution Management, Core banking, Positions keeping, Accounts) involving Micro services, APIs, FIX and SWIFT protocols.
- Draft User workflow with System interfaces in the architectural designs along with the Solution Architect and present at Group Architecture Council, governing assessment review and challenge sessions.
- Deliver business requirements in terms of User Stories (JIRA), process mapping, Data Flow. Manage requirements versus schedule and scope as agreed with key stakeholders. Work with the SCRUM team. Ensure alignment between technology and business teams during Agile execution till deployment.
- Should be able to drive Sprint Demos with Business Stakeholders and manage the Sprint Backlog.
- Should be able to come up with initial UI/UX Screen Mock-up keeping in mind the Customer.
- Facilitate approvals from appropriate control forums (Architecture, Technology Council, Project Governance, Risk and Compliance, etc.).
- Expertise in documenting user stories with clear Acceptance criteria linking to Backend and Frontend Tasks. Experience in JIRA Tool is good to have.
- Experience on writing SQL scripts to extract data for data analysis.
- 6+ years of experience.
- Good understanding of FIX Protocols. Having knowledge on SWIFT is added advantage.
- Having knowledge of Micro Services Architecture is a must. Should be able to read the server logs to analyse the API request/Response.
- Should be able to classify data as per the Information security norms.
- Demonstrate high intellectual capacity and in-depth knowledge of Fixed Income products. Having knowledge on other wealth Management assets is added advantage.
- Possess strong understanding of Trade lifecycle events (executions, Settlements, Contracting, expiry, corporate actions etc.) along with technology models that represent them.
- Experience with mobile, Internet (Online) channels referred.
- Experience in Cloud based Platforms is good to have.
- Good understanding of Private Bank and / or Retail business context.
- Consistently puts the user and usability requirements on top of thought and design process workflows.
