We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join us. As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, optimizing warehouse processes, and leading a team of warehouse staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing merchandise efficiently and accurately.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement effective inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and stockouts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to the warehouse.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures, including proper handling, storage, and labeling of products.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations, such as order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and follow standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs to enhance the skills and productivity of the warehouse team.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, logistics, and retail operations, to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of warehouse activities with overall business objectives.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and enforce proper equipment maintenance and repair procedures to ensure optimal functionality of warehouse machinery and vehicles.
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse activities, such as inventory levels, shipping and receiving, and labor utilization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in warehouse management to implement improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven ' experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in the retail FMCG sector.d.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in the retail FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide warehouse staff.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges.
- Sound understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce safety standards in the warehouse.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management from time to time
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Supervisor in manufacturing service

**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
