**Position: Retail Centre Assistant - Tennis Centre**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist manager to take care of day-to-day operations of the shop, including tennis court booking, retail shop and cafe, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment.
- Verifying client sign-ins and availability.
- Help schedule coaches’ time slots and maintain a smooth workflow of the tennis classes
- Assist manager to liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of the retail shop
- Assist marketing agency to provide materials for company’s social media platforms if needed
- Assist manager to maintain an accurate inventory list of all equipment and supplies

Qualifications:

- Preferred background in sports, with a strong interest in tennis, knows well of the sport including rackets, strings, tennis tournaments etc.
- Previous working experience in retail shop preferred.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, particularly when interacting with children.
- Sports management graduate preferred.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
