**Overview**

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of purchasing strategies for the Asia Pacific Region, covering HB Leisure sites from Australia to China. They establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers to negotiate for the best terms. The Purchasing Manager monitors supplier performance in terms of on-time delivery, quality, and cost. They establish key performance measurements to evaluate the purchasing process. They will be required to draft and review purchase contracts to ensure relevance to market trends in line with ongoing company policy.

The main areas of responsibility are as follows, but are not limited to:

- Sourcing of stock items
- Negotiation of prices with suppliers and freight forwarders
- Managing relationships with current suppliers
- Identifying new suppliers and freight forwarders
- Re-forecasting, planning, and Stock Phasing
- Managing current stock quantities, timings, and deliveries
- Product development - New and Existing lines and researching the latest trends within the region
- Ability to problem-solve and be pro-active
- Responsible for all stock orders for the Asia Pacific Region and new developments, including Globally when required to cover team absence or leave
- Responsible for all arcade and FEC orders
- Oversee all equipment and consumable orders
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of stock sheets
- Responsible for approving all invoices that come through Purchasing
- Responsible for the management of all EN71 test reporting and EU conformity documents
- Responsible for the management of ICTI factory auditing
- The main point of contact for sites regarding all stock queries
- Required to contribute content to purchasing presentations within the company
- Required to update and contribute information to be presented at monthly board meetings relating to stock and orders
- General ordering and managing of stock budgets
- Negotiation of payment terms and rebate
